Sergio Alapont travels to China to conduct the Shanghai International Youth Orchestra in two concerts on October 16th and 17th. The first includes performances of overtures and preludes by Mozart, Wagner, Strauss, Verdi and Rossini, and the second features a selection of operatic arias by composers such as Bellini, Verdi, Puccini, Rossini, and Donizetti.
